Woodington Lakes Air Rifle Range is an open air range, with firing points under cover. We have different types of targets between 10m and 50m, and all targets are included in the rates. No membership is required to use the range, and all are welcome from complete novices through to Olympic level athletes. Please note that you do need to book in advance.
Meet the Team
Paul and Richard run the range on a daily basis and bookings must be made through them. Please call Paul (on the right in the photo below) on 07882 207282 or Richard (on the left in the photo below) on 07887 380250 to arrange your booking.
Jim, the site owner/manager is in charge of group bookings/corporate/stag/hen parties etc., along with any gift vouchers that you may wish to purchase. Please email jim@woodingtonlakes.co.uk or call 07849530852.
Only air rifles under the legal limit of 12ft/lb (non FAC) can be used on the range (or air pistols under 6ft/lb). Spring, PCP or Co2 are all ok as long as they aren’t excessively loud, please discuss with Paul or Richard in advance if you have any concerns.
Fees:
- Lane hire – £10 per hour.
- Two hour lane hire – £15 (booked back to back).
- Adult and child lane hire (shared) – £15 per hour.
Don’t have your own air rifle? No problem. Give us a call in advance and we can arrange for you to use one of our hire air rifles, either adult or junior.
Air Rifle Hire (in addition to lane hire)
- Adult air rifle hire £20 per hour (includes up to 50 pellets).
- Junior air rifle hire £15 per hour (includes up to 50 pellets).
Tuition:
A complete novice, or looking to improve your general skills? We can offer basic coaching to get you started, or tips to improve – just ask Paul or Richard in advance and they will be able to assist where possible.
We don’t currently offer a complete training package, but do get in touch with Jim if you feel that this is something you think we should be offering.

Groups:
We welcome Groups; corporate, stag or hen etc., if you are interested in a group booking for the range, or
